Jeep adventure departing at 9:30 AM from Cefalù towards the village of Pollina, a fantastic trail through the history and culture of the Madonie region via a mix of off-road routes and mountain roads. We will visit the village and its pink theater with an incredible view of the Madonie mountains and the Aeolian Islands. We will continue on mountain roads in the manna area where, in season, you can see the cannoli on the ash trees, unique to this area of Sicily. Through valleys and beautiful landscapes, we will arrive in Castelbuono where we will visit the village of "Ventimiglia" and its churches rich in history and culture. Lunch will be in a local trattoria with typical Sicilian street food or a beautiful picnic in the high mountains featuring local produce. The adventure continues on off-road routes through the vineyards of Santanastasia, where we will make a photo stop. Return to Cefalù on the scenic coastal road. INCLUDES mini bar and photo service.

You will be greeted at your Cefalù hotel and driven to the Sicilian hinterland (about 1.5 hour drive) to enjoy a real cheese-making experience, which will allow you to live a day with a local shepherd who makes cheese in a traditional homemade way (not industrial).
You will see the “Màrcato”, ancient haystack typically of Madonie, in which inside we will live a real immersive experience based on the everyday life of a shepherd, from the pasture to the milking, from milk to the cooking to transform it into several kinds of cheese, different each other for the time of aging.
