Complete Your Reservation
Before we can lock in your reservation, we need a few key details from you. This helps us finalize bookings, and make sure every part of your trip runs smoothly. Please fill out the form below as soon as possible so we can keep things moving—no one likes a last-minute scramble.

Travel Contract & Waiver
Before we jet off on this adventure, we need to make it official. Please take a moment to review and sign the travel contract and liability waiver. This ensures everyone’s on the same page, expectations are clear, and we can focus on the fun stuff—like the trip itself—instead of paperwork later.

Purchase Trip Insurance
Travel insurance isn’t just a “nice to have”—it’s mandatory for this trip. Your policy must be purchased and submitted no later than December 1, 2025. You’re welcome to buy coverage from any reputable provider, but your plan must include trip cancellation/interruption, emergency medical coverage, and evacuation benefits. We strongly recommend a policy that also covers delays, baggage, and travel disruptions—because surprises are great, but not in airports.

Upload Prood of Trip Insurance
Once you’ve purchased your travel insurance, we’ll need a copy of your policy to keep on file. Please upload your proof of coverage by the required deadline so we can verify that it meets trip requirements. This step keeps everything running smoothly and ensures you’re fully protected.

Purchase Your Flights
We recommend booking nonstop flights from Baltimore (BWI) or Newark (EWR) to Reykjavík–Keflavík (KEF) for our trip dates:
Depart: Thursday, February 12, 2026 (overnight to arrive the morning of Feb 13)
Return: Monday, February 16 or Tuesday, February 17, 2026
Typical nonstop options include:
• EWR → KEF: Icelandair FI622 and United UA138 (daily patterns).
• BWI → KEF: Icelandair FI640 / FI642 and PLAY OG102 (regular patterns).
Pro Tip: Use Google Flights to search for flights on your chosen dates.

Once you have your flights, upload your flight confirmation so we can verify details. Your upload must clearly show: airline, flight number, departure/arrival day & time, and record locator.
